2. SIZE DOUBLE-CHECK: To protect our craft, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Before payment, we will quickly verify your measurements together in chat to guarantee a perfect fit.

3. SHIPPING & SECURE PAY: Shipping rates are calculated in chat based on your location (or you can check our Shipping section for general terms). We will send you a secure link (PayPal or Card) to complete your order.

Each piece of jewelry is categorized in the PRODUCT DETAILS section.

Please note that there are two categories of craftsmanship:

The first category of jewelry is called IRIDESCENT CREATURES. To prevent oxidation, we recommend avoiding contact with sweat, water, liquids, and aggressive substances. These pieces of jewelry are designed to be worn on special occasions.

The second category of jewelry is called BURNISHED CREATURES. It can be worn without any special precautions. This jewelry is designed to be worn every day. The jewelry can be cleaned using classic silver cleaning products, but only on the chain that rests on the neck.

Be careful with the points on some of our jewelry as they can be particularly sharp.
Size & Fit

This product is available in one chain size only because the pendant is soldered directly to the chain. We recommend always measuring the circumference of your neck to choose properly.
Return Policy

Returns can only be made if the product is damaged during shipping. In this case, the customer has one week to send an email to arcaneillusionjewellery@gmail.com with photos or videos to ascertain the condition of the product and the damage suffered. We will then proceed with a full refund of the product once it has been returned to us.

We do not accept returns due to size or measurement issues, so please check carefully before purchasing.
Shipping

We ship exclusively to Italy, the UK, and European Union countries. Estimated shipping times vary by country.

Since we are based in Italy, delivery is estimated to take 2–3 business days, while for the UK and Europe it takes 4–6 business days.

Estimated shipping costs are 10€ for Italy and 20€ for the UK and Europe. The final cost will be calculated at the time of order once we have received your contact information.

Shipping is free for customers if the total order value exceeds 200€. Otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
